This Service Agreement is entered into by and between the Client (the "Bride") and the Hairstylist on the date of booking. By booking services with the Stylist, the Bride acknowledges that she has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required within 24 hours of booking to secure the Bride's date and time. The deposit serves as confirmation of the Bride's intent to proceed with the services and is applied toward the total cost of the services. The remaining balance for the services is due at the time of service, the Bride agrees to pay the full remaining balance in the form of cash, credit card, or other method previously agreed upon in writing by both parties.

The Stylist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request to reschedule the service date. Rescheduling is subject to the Stylist's availability. The deposit shall be applied to the rescheduled date.

In the event that the booking is cancelled due to a genuine emergency beyond the reasonable control of either party — including, without limitation, sudden illness, death in the immediate family, or other verifiable emergency — the Stylist shall not be liable for any legal repercussions, damages, or penalties arising from such cancellation.

The Bride acknowledges and understands that hairstyling services involve the use of chemical products, heated tools, and other equipment that may pose inherent risks. By booking and receiving the services, the Bride voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the services.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bride hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Stylist from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, or damages to the Bride's hair.

The Stylist is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the provision of the services, including but not limited to injuries caused by styling tools, allergic reactions to products, or damage to clothing or accessories.

The Bride grants the Stylist permission to take photographs of the completed hairstyle and to use such photographs for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes, unless the Bride expressly opts out in writing prior to the service date.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written. This Agreement may only be amended by a written instrument signed by both parties.  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in that state. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the Stylist's limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.

By booking the services and paying the non-refundable deposit, the Bride acknowledges that she has read this Agreement in its entirety, understands its terms, and agrees to be bound by all provisions contained herein.
